Customized Software
We design software specifically for your company, to suit your requirements. To this end, we can work in two different ways.
The first is for projects done in your office and this is charged by the hour. This means that you can book us for one hour at a time, and you are not paying for anything else. Its like having your own IT department, but you only pay when you need it.
The second type of project is customised software development which would normally be carried out in our own office, with meetings arranged as required. This package would normally include the design, development and installation of the software, as well as initial training on the use and maintenance of the package for the people who will actually use it. These projects are charged by the day or the week depending on the complexity of the design.
Word Processing
Frequently, you may find yourself creating the same document, but with different details for example, an invoice. We can develop a template to match your needs, which will cut down on the amount of work you have to do in order to produce each document.
Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel, used in many companies, can handle very large, complex calculations. We can develop a spreadsheet where you fill in the blanks and the results or summaries are generated automatically. Again, this can be as simple or as complex as you require.
Databases
MS Access can be used to create many varieties of database, which can grow to suit your needs. For example, a client database can help you keep track of your own clients and maintain a history of your dealings with them. The same can apply to your suppliers.
We can develop a simple database quickly it wont cost a fortune and using MS Access means that we can help you enhance the program and its potential as your business needs change.
While a lot of people now know how to use MS Access to a certain extent, we can help you change this:

into this:

No job is too small. In recent months, we have successfully developed:
- A system to track students in a college, including attendance, modules completed, etc.
- Databases to track drivers and jobs completed - for a number of companies.
- A catalogue system for a jewellery manufacturer.
We have also converted databases for clients upgrading their systems, who find their existing databases no longer function correctly due to differences between the old and new versions of the software. These conversions usually take only a few hours, and look exactly the same to the user, so no new training is required.
References for these database jobs are available.
