Support can be given as often as you need with or without a service
contract. If you only need support on an irregular basis, then call us
when you need us. You will be charged only for the time we spend helping
you.
You can also choose a more cost-effective support contract with a set
monthly fee. As part of this, we can take control of your computers
remotely and fix most problems, so you do not have to wait for us to
travel to you. This is an encrypted, secure login, and we cannot access
your systems without your knowledge and approval.
To provide the service efficiently, we require a working broadband
Internet connection and for any supported hardware to be working and
up.
This support is available for one or more computers, including
systems with servers and a large number of users. As the support is
charged per machine, it is cost-effective for everyone.
On-line Backup Service
On-line backups are a state of the art and safe alternative to backup
on tape. Instead of writing the data to tape, your information is
compressed and sent to our data centres using your internet connection,
protected by industrial strength encryption.
It is executed automatically, making it impossible to forget. The
frequency is up to you, and restoring your data is as simple as browsing
your own computer.
Prices are based on the amount of storage space you require, so,
again, are cost-effective for everyone.
